This beautiful vest is an interesting project that will keep you engaged throughout. The pattern is Orken by Penny Ollman and can be purchased on Ravelry. You’ll learn cables, a textured stitch pattern, plus other sweater techniques including front and back neck shaping, picking up stitches and seaming. It’s knitted with DK weight yarn, and since there are no sleeves, you’ll finish it no time!

This blanket is a fun, interesting and rewarding project. The pattern for the class is found in the booklet called Building Blocks by Michelle Hunter. It includes the patterns for 12 blocks, each made with different stitch patterns, which will then be sewn together to make a blanket.
In this first session of the class we will make 6 blocks, and in the next 6-class session, we will make the final 6 blocks. The stitch patterns will give you a great introduction to many different skills, which you can then put to good use in future projects!
The last 3 classes in this first series will be taught by Keri on zoom.

Worked in the round with an introduction to Short Rows and some useful Pro tips, this raglan sweater has a modern feel and will be a great addition to your wardrobe.
This is a perfect sweater to make your own. Fun in stripes or loose and boxy (top left), or nicely fitted (right)
Yarn: Worsted weight (plenty of options to use contrasting yarn for ribbing, color blocking or stripes)
Needles: US 5 (16” and 32”), US 7 (16” and 32”)
